I am Binita Maran, a 32 years MDM worker by profession. Earlier, I used a cloth during my menstruation, but after joining the group in Lal Sakhi institution, I started using the monthly cup and its been 2 years now. I believe that whatever stereotypical methods should be kept in the past and we should progress for the better availability of products for a safer menstruation. This is the reason why after using cups myself, I highly recommend it to others as it does not cause any itching, burning, leakage or any other problems.
